Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything in it. Here is how, and exactly what happens.
From inside the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Advanced.
- Tap Delete profile.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately.
If you have already uninstalled the app
You do not need to reinstall it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
If you can no longer access that email address, write from any address and tell us the phone number on the account. We will ask you a question or two to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything, because we cannot let one person delete another person's account.
What gets deleted
Everything below is permanently removed from our live systems:

| Your moderation lists | The accounts you muted and the looks you hid. |
| Your devices | Push notification tokens, so notifications stop immediately. |
| Your AI photos | Any face or full-body photo you consented to store for the "try it on" feature. |
| Your sessions | All sign-in tokens, on every device. |
Deleted data falls out of our encrypted backups within 30 days, after which it is gone from those too.
What we keep, and why
Three narrow exceptions. The first two are things you left inside other people's content, and they stay only because removing them would damage someone else. Neither one identifies you afterwards: your name and photo are detached, and both appear as Deleted account.
- Votes you cast on other people's looks. A vote is one anonymous tick in a percentage. Removing yours would rewrite a result someone already received: a look that read "72% liked it, 5 voted" would silently become "66%, 4 voted", weeks later. Once it is detached from you it is not personal data, it is a tally mark.
- Comments you wrote on other people's looks. Other people reply underneath a comment. Deleting yours would delete their replies too, and their words are not ours to take away because you left.
- Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires us to keep them, and for fraud prevention.
Everything else goes. Looks belonging to other people are not affected, and nothing that remains carries your name, your photo, or any way to link it back to you.
Deleting only part of your data
- A single look: open it from My Requests and delete it. The photos go with it.
- A comment you wrote: open the look, tap the menu next to your comment, and choose "Delete my comment". If someone has already replied to it, your text goes but their reply stays, so their words are not deleted along with yours.
- Your "try it on" photos, without deleting your account: you can withdraw that consent and remove them from within the app.
- Something else: email [email protected] and tell us what you want removed.
